Return & Refund Policy

All items are made to order, so please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, you are eligible for either a replacement or a refund.

You must provide clear proof of damage (photos) within 48 hours of delivery.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to all products being made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect colour selection by the customer

International Orders

International deliveries may take longer than the estimated timeframe due to production and shipping delays.

Application:

Suitable for cars, windows, glass, plastics, and smooth painted surfaces.

How to Apply

1. Clean the surface thoroughly (no dust, grease, or water).

2. Ensure the surface is completely dry.

3. Carefully position the decal.

4. Apply pressure evenly and smooth out any air bubbles.

5. Slowly peel away the backing/transfer layer.

Important Notes

• Best applied to clean, smooth, flat surfaces

• Not suitable for rough, textured, or dirty surfaces

• Avoid applying in wet or very cold conditions

• Do not wash the area for 24 hours after application

• Rough or textured plastics

• Fabric or soft materials

• Dirty or oily surfaces

• Peeling or damaged paint
